By collaborating with the SCHA, job readiness and workforce development programs serving justice-impacted residents will be connected to employers who are ready to hire. These programs will also have the opportunity to hear directly from D.C.-area employers on what they are looking for in job candidates, and provide insights to employers on how to support justice-impacted employees.
